Order Cancellation

It is possible to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, contact CCBill support department to request a cancellation.

Return/Exchange

In the case that You are not satisfied with Your panties for any reason, You may contact Sheisnovember at: msnovember@sheisnovember.com to request an exchange and to return the panties. Sheisnovember is happy to exchange Your panties for another pair, if You are not satisfied. You will be provided with a P.O Box number to mail the panties. You must pay for the return shipping Yourself, Sheisnovember will not pay for return shipping. When Your returned panties are received, You will be mailed a new pair with in 1-3 days via Fedex Ground.

Refund

Refunds are handled by CCBill’s Consumer Support Department on a case by case basis. Sheisnovember.com reserves the right to grant a refund or a credit applicable to purchases to the Site at its discretion. The decision to refund a charge does not imply the obligation to issue additional future refunds. Should a refund be issued by Sheisnovember.com for any reason, it will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. Sheisnovember.com will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another payment mechanism.

Depending on the details of Your panties order, You can expect Your panties to be mailed within 1-3 days of placing Your order via Fedex Ground. Buying a "V.I.P" 6-Panties" bundle may take up to 5 days to ship to allow time to prepare all the panties.
